Every repair, drain cleaning, sewer camera inspection, water heater install, and repipe is 10% off the quoted price for as long as you're a member.
No trip fee for members
We come out, look at the problem, and give you a price. Members never pay a dispatch charge to get us on site.
Inside the yearly maintenance visit
Most big plumbing bills start as a small leak nobody looked at. Once a year a licensed plumber walks the house and checks the parts that fail first.
- Water heater flush check and temperature/pressure valve test
- One accessible drain line cleared per year
- Main sewer cleanout located and checked
- Angle stops, hose bibs, and supply lines inspected for leaks
- Toilets checked for silent leaks and running fill valves
- Water pressure reading with a written report
- Written punch list of anything that needs attention

Is there a contract?
No. It's month to month. Call or text and we cancel it, no fee.
Does the 10% stack with the free visit?
Yes. The maintenance visit is free, and any repair we find is billed at the member price.
Does it cover rentals or multi-unit buildings?
One membership covers one address. Landlords with several properties should call for a per-door price.
What about emergencies at 2 a.m.?
We answer 24/7, 7 days a week. Members get dispatched first and still get 10% off the repair.
